Old Fashioned Canned Goods

After years of canning her own pickles and preserves and sharing them with family and friends, Evelyn has decided to share her products with the world! Pickles are her specialty and we also offer a variety of preserves and jams.

We will be selling our products at local farmers markets in the Spring/Klein area. We can also fufill any orders you request through this website or email to eandepantry@gmail.com. We would be delighted to fufill your custom order or desgin a gift basket for you. However, we do not currently ship orders.

All of our fruits and vegetables are purchased at local farms here in the North Houston area. Fruits and vegetables are always the first and most important ingredient in our products. All our products are gluten, egg, dairy, soy, and nut free. Please understand that all of our food is prepared in a home kitchen, which has not be inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

We only use the freshest ingredients. Because fruits and vegetables have a limited growing season, most of our products are seasonal. This means our products will be rotating throughout the year to ensure quality.

Please see our Products page to see what is in season and what is currently for sale!

Meet Evelyn

Evelyn was born April 19, 1930 on her daddy's farm in Klein, Texas. She has lived here her whole life and is a mother of three, as well as a retired banker and store owner. She co-owned a store named E and E Groceries for many years, which is the inspiration for our brand name. She keeps busy with her many hobbies including canning, of course. She is also a skilled quilter and makes over 100 quilts a year, donating most of them to new mothers. She is also a skilled gardener and loves spending her mornings in the dirt. Evelyn is a proud grandma to eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She does all the cooking for e&e Pantry!

Meet Emmy

Emmy grew up in the Spring/Magnolia area of Houston. She is Evelyn's grandchild and like her grandma, she has many hobbies. She loves to cook, but still has a lot to learn. She also dabbles in quilting, watercolors, and now gardening. She graduated from Baylor University in 2011 and currently lives in Klein with her husband, Greg, and their pet pug, Olive. She has worked and volunteered at historic homes for many years and loves nothing more than studying history. She currently substitute teaches a few days a week and does all the packaging and social media for e&e Pantry.
